Jungle Pepper is known as "Malawi's Own Pizza", and run by 2 Portuguese sisters, Carla & Helga, since 1995.
It has a friendly service, with 25 year long-term serving members of staff, a relaxed atmosphere, a playground, books, toys and the biggest chalkboard wall for their little customers to enjoy.

Jungle Pepper, offers a big variety of Gourmet pizzas, including a first ever in Malawi, the "Bacalhau Pizza", the "Skinny Pizza" (a Pizza with a hole in the centre filled wth Salad) & Gluten Free options using Malawi grown Cassava flour.
"Flame-grilled Burgers" & "Cheesey Chip Towers" are unavoidable naughty heavenly beasts.
For the non-meat eaters, there's a big choice of "Vegetarian" & "Vegan" Pizzas, Burgers & Salads.

Their Portuguese Menu offers the best of Portugal.
With the introduction of the "Cod Gadus Morhua" known as the Prince of the Northern Seas, for being the top quality "Bacalhau" (Codfish) in the world, it is served in a few different styles, in authentic hand-painted ceramic plates from Portugal.
"Frango no Churrasco", the famous portuguese braai chicken is served on a bed of chips, portuguese tomato rice & salad.
"Camarao", the Queen Prawn Platter served with chips, portuguese rice & salad.
"Portuguese Pregos" the traditional thin fillet steaks in a bread roll.
"Francesinha", one of the 7 wonders of Portuguese Gastronomy. A sandwich from Porto smothered in melted cheese & thick tomatoey spicy sauce. The equivalent of a heart-attack on a plate !
